Qualifications and Experience
- 5 ‘0’ Levels including English language Diploma in Secretarial studies
- 2 years relevant experience
- Good Public Relations
- Must be computer literate
Duties and Responsibilities
- Takes and receives outgoing and incoming calls Records messages and all outgoing telephone calls Processes all the outgoing mail
- Receives visitors, screens and directs them to respective offices
- Types and proof reads correspondences and materials
- Files documents as required
- Ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
