A Harare-based Research and Development company is looking for a receptionist familiar with professional office management, guest relations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office and operations.
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and communication to the appropriate staff.
  • Respond to emails and general enquiries.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of other organizational activities.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in managing staff wellness activities.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and photocopying.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years ‘experience in admin field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong computer Literacy and data management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
