POSITION : RADIOGRAPHER (3 POSITIONS)
GRADE : 8
LOCATION : BEATRICE ROAD INFECTIOUS DISEASES HOSPITAL
REPORTS TO : CHIEF RADIOGRAPHER

JOB PURPOSE

The position is responsible for performing high quality radiological examinations using appropriate imaging techniques and modalities to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.

KEY RESULT AREAS

➢ Operate various X-ray machines
➢ Compiles statistical records and returns
➢ Sees to the well being of patients
➢ Supervise subordinates.
➢ Carries out research to improve radiology practice
➢ Conducts stock control on a periodic basis in order to account for chemicals and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

➢ Degree in Radiography
➢ GCE A Level
➢ Registration Certificate and Current Practising Certificate a must
➢ 5 O’ Levels including English Language, Mathematics and a Science Subject
➢ At least three (3) years working experience
