Duties And Responsibilities

•Ensure regulatory compliance Follow and enforce Mine Safety and Health Administration rules

•Supervise all production activities, from drilling and blasting, to quality control of the end products.

•Ensure all equipment at the plant is properly maintained and ready for operation at the start of each scheduled production shift

• Monitor and control all costs to meet established budgetary goals Preparation of annual budgets based on annual production requirements and productivity improvement needs Short term and long term mine planning

• Manage labour and performance and ensuring production targets are achieved.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in mining
