Job Summary
The National Transitional Justice Working Group (NTJWG) is a platform established to provide the interface between transitional justice stakeholders and the official transitional justice processes in Zimbabwe. The NTJWG is in the process of completing a community hall under one of its projects.
Duties And Responsibilities
Therefore, we seek the services of a well-qualified Building Quantity Surveyor to provide a bill of quantities needed to complete a certain project by undertaking the following tasks:
- Reviewing the building plan of the building.
- Give the bill of quantities needed to finish the building based on the stage that the building is at now.
- Submit the bill of quantities.
Qualifications And Experience
The suitable consultant must possess the following:
• Demonstrable experience in building and quantity surveying.
• Relevant qualifications in building would be an added advantage
The Consultant should have at least five years of experience in building and quantity surveying.
