WORKS DEPARTMENT
(1) QUANTITY SURVEYOR TECHNICIAN – GRADE 9 (2 POSTS)
1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB SUMMARY

Read structural and architectural drawings
-
Take stock of dimensions with appropriate description of materials from drawings
-
Carry out site measurements and verify Claim Certificates
2. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
-
A Higher National Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent
-
Must be registered with the Council of Quantity Surveyors
-
A clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence
3. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
At least 4 years’ experience in a similar work environment
