Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects during the planning and design stages.
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost control throughout the construction process.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids from contractors, and advise on the selection of contractors.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage construction contracts and agreements.
- Monitor project expenses, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures.
