Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Role Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring value for money while adhering to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Conducting cost analysis for maintenance and project work
- Advising on procurement strategy and risk management
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and design team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and MS Office
