QUALITY CONTROLLER (REPORTING TO ENTERPRISE DIVISION PRODUCTION MANAGER)
Duties And Responsibilities
Includes, but is not limited to-
Performing inspections of raw materials and product at random and specified points to ensure conformity to specifications
Correcting and reporting non-conformities
Quarantining non-conformities when they arise and set them aside for further investigation
Completing all required production, quality control documentation
Communicating with the relevant individuals regarding non-conformities and issues in the processing line
Maintaining safe working environments, ensuring prescribed PPE is worn and good hygiene practices at all times by all employees
Adhering to all company rules, policies, procedures and core values
Compiling and revising technical documentations of products including Safety Data
Keeping accurate records of all microbiological testing and product retentions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications And Experience
BTech/BSc Hons Chemical Technology, Biological Sciences, Applied Biosciences and Biotechnology Honours Degree or related fields (at least five (5) years working experience in a similar role).
Computer literacy is a pre-requisite.
