Quality Assurance Officer (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with University quality policies, procedures, standards and specifications and ensure their consistent application across the whole institution. Ensure that the whole University complies with the quality standards set up by the Regulatory Bodies such as the Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE). Act as the catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality. Assess the requirements of the University’s customers and setting up the necessary service standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
A first degree in any one of the following: Business Studies, Marketing, Education Management or an equivalent degree with a significant quality management component. An MBA or Project Management is an added advantage. Membership with a Quality Assurance Professional body/association is an added advantage. Experience and Qualities
At least two years relevant post qualification work experience in the following areas;
Quality Assurance
Monitoring and Evaluation
Familiarity with higher and tertiary education systems is an added advantage.
