QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER Location: Head Office (Oversight of all campuses and business units) We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to provide strategic leadership in developing, implementing and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS). The successful candidate will drive institutional excellence, regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality assurance and continuous improvement across our education business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the institutional Quality Assurance Strategy.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Coordinate institutional quality audits and accreditation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Drive quality assurance across tertiary and high school education.
  • Develop institutional performance measurement systems and quality improvement plans.
  • Lead monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder satisfaction initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes.
  • Prepare quality reports for Executive Management, the Board and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Quality Management, Education Management, Business Administration, Strategic Management or a related field.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification.
  • Internal Auditor Certification.
  • Project Management qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Higher Education, Secondary Education, Institutional Auditing, Accreditation and ISO implementation.
