We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Quality Control Graduate Trainee to join our Quality Assurance department. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining high standards of product quality within our stockfeed manufacturing operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance and SOP Enforcement across production and warehouse
  • Raw Material inspection: Receive, sample and inspect incoming raw materials to ensure adherence to specified quality standards
  • In process and finished product analysis: perform laboratory testing and in process quality checks.
  • Monitor and maintain strict standards of plant hygiene and laboratory housekeeping.
  • Monitor proper storage of raw materials and finished goods to minimise stock losses.
  • Accurately document, analyse and report tests results.

Requirements

  • 2.1 Degree in Biochemistry, Food Science or related discipline
  • A minimum of one year attachment work experience within a Stockfeed Manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
