The Quality Assurance Analyst position exists to design Les, plans, test cases, test scenarios and I procedures. Performance of software tests on scheduled Pro,ects and monitoring effectiveness of solutions once deployed into production. The Quality Assurance Analyst also serves as the focal point for the investigation on customer complaints and non. conformance issues.
Incumbent reports to the Information Security Specialist
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan test schedules in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
2. Develop standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
3. Document software defects using bug tracking system and report defects to software developers.
4. Install, maintain, or uses software testing programs.
5. Monitor program performance to ensure efficient and problem free operations.
6. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
7. Ensure system functionality and performance is in line with BRS and FSD (meet requirement and specifications). 8. Ensure adoption of requirement focused testing and business process focused testing.
9. Implement testing techniques but not limited to black box, white box, smoke test, unites regression test, interface test.
10. Provide mobile application testing for native, web and hybrid apps.
11. Provide mobile application testing for 10S, android and window-based operatic systems.
12. Perform routine website/ applications software tests.
13. Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of computer applications.
14. Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events and other stakeholder engagement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Software testing qualification (ISTQB-related qualification or LinkedIn Training in soh, testing.
• 5 0′ Levels including Math’s and English.
• At least two years related working experience.
