- 5 ‘O’ Level passes including Mathematics and English
- 3 ‘A’ Level passes
- Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
- 3 years’ traceable working experience in property management, preferably in a commercial or shopping mall environment
- Knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, facilities management and budgeting
- Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- A valid Class 4 driver’s licence is a must
