Requirements

  • 5 ‘O’ Level passes including Mathematics and English
  • 3 ‘A’ Level passes
  • Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
  • 3 years’ traceable working experience in property management, preferably in a commercial or shopping mall environment
  • Knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, facilities management and budgeting
  • Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • A valid Class 4 driver’s licence is a must
