Job Summary
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EFFICIENT PROPERTY MANAGER TO MANAGE THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF PROPERTIES ADVERTISE VACANT PROPERTIES AND HANDLE TENANT RELATION.
Duties And Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include managing financial matters, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases and preparing performance report.
To ensure efficient daily operations and meet financial objectives.
To increase property value and satisfy tenant requirement
Attract new tenants through advertising, property viewing, and encouraging referrals.
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
Preparing reports on the financial performance of the properties.
Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings
Paying property expenses, including taxes, payroll, insurance premiums, maintenance etc
Setting rental rates,
Arranging for garbage removal, landscaping, security and on going services.
Qualifications And Experience
One year working experience as a property manager or in a similar role.
Education/ Certifications/ High School Certificates.
Degree/Diploma in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred.
