Requirements
- 5 ‘O’ level passes including Mathematics and English
- 3 ‘A’ level passes
- Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
- 3 years traceable working experience in property management, preferably commercial or shopping mall environment.
- Knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, facilities management and budgeting.
- Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A valid class 4 driver’s licence is a must
