Requirements

  • 5 ‘O’ level passes including Mathematics and English
  • 3 ‘A’ level passes
  • Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
  • 3 years traceable working experience in property management, preferably commercial or shopping mall environment.
  • Knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, facilities management and budgeting.
  • Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A valid class 4 driver’s licence is a must
