We are a top real estate company with an extensive property portfolio looking for a Property Inspector/Letting Officer to manage our day to day busy office.
Duties And Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
Liaising with both Tenant (s) and Landlord(s).
Ensuring all rentals and deposits are paid as per Agreement of Leases.
Credit control function on defaulting Tenants in liaison with Accounts.
Producing monthly reports on all properties.
Conducting property inspections regularly and on termination of Leases.
Qualifications And Experience
Education Requirements:
Five (5) O – Levels, including Mathematics and English.
A certificate or diploma in building or technical drawing (will be an added advantage).
Other requirements:
Must possess a clean class 4 drivers license.
Must be between 25 and 35 years of age.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and abilities:
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work with the public tactfully while under workload pressure.
Must be a team player with good communication skills.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize work assignments.
Must indicate good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
