Duties and Responsibilities
 Preparation of project work plans and other key documents and ensuring all targets are met  Producing progress reports and monitoring and evaluation of projects
 Development of a maintenance plan for University infrastructure and grounds
 Supervision of construction work done by the University construction brigade
 Supervision of repairs and maintenance works
 Any other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Works and Estates. Qualifications and Experience
 A Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Possession
of a first degree in Civil Engineering/Surveying and a Certificate in Project Management is an
added advantage.  At least five years’ relevant post qualification experience
 Computer literacy, conversant in design software such as CAD. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
