Projects Officer
Industrial Psychology Consultants (Pvt) Ltd has been contracted by the Zimplats Mhondoro-Ngezi Chegutu Zvimba Community Share Ownership Trust to assist with the recruitment and selection of a suitable candidate for the position of a Projects Officer.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provide a Trust link role with all stakeholders in the 3 districts.
Coordinate and monitor district community development projects.
Work with district stakeholders on all Trust related community mobilization activities.
Project appraisals.
Selection of project participants
Evaluation of sustainable income generation projects.
Design and develop effective information management (including management information systems), communications, feedback and linkages with all key stakeholders.
Carrying out periodic needs assessments, evaluations and subsequent capacity building of communities and staff in the trust.
Design, develop and submit sustainable market income generating project proposals
Liaise with current and prospective partners in establishing business linkages and income generation initiatives.
Asset management and oversight.
Timely preparation and submission of accurate monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports to the CEO.
Work closely with the Trust Accounting Officer to ensure transparency and accountability in all forms of business interaction.
Carry out marketing and sales activities for the Trust.

Qualifications & Experience
A degree in any business field.
Experience should include 5 years’ experience working in community-based projects.
A diploma in Project management is an added advantage.
