Projects Manager

Projects Manager – 

Energetic Projects Manager with strong analytical skills required for this demanding, fast-paced position with a growing retail concern.

5 years’ experience in Construction Management, retail background an added advantage.  Degree or diploma in construction management or a related field. 

Knowledge of Auto CAD, or similar. 

Must be able to manage people and communicate effectively. 

Able to identify new sites, do building assessments and handle rental & lease agreements; oversee and manage all aspects of new construction or renovation projects, including planning, monitoring, budgets, sourcing, contractors, materials, etc.
