We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to close, delivering on time, within budget and to specification safely.

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, conduct feasibility studies and prepare BOQs and budgets.
- Lead project teams, monitor progress and manage resources to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients and consultants; ensure client satisfaction.
- Control project costs, approve payment certificates and manage variations.
- Prepare progress, technical and close-out reports; capture lessons learned.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- A project management qualification will be an added advantage.
- 10 years of construction industry experience at the same level with demonstrable project delivery.
- Project planning, BOQ and cost control.
- Leadership, stakeholder management and clear communication.
- Decision-making under pressure; strong SHEQ awareness.
