Rural Electrification Fund (REF) is a Parastatal established In terms of an Act of Parliament. Its primary goal is to spearhead the Government’s drive to provide energy to the rural communities of Zimbabwe. In order that this over-arching goal is achieved, the Fund is in search of suitable and able business leaders endowed with sharp business acumen underpinned with good financial literacy and strong management skills.
