• A diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Studies related qualification in the first or upper-second-class category.
• A professional certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Proved experience in having managed projects from start to finish.
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related position.
• Good communication skills, and strategic thinking.
