Job Summary
A Projects and Research Officer is sought to add value and improve our operations through research, analysis and supervision of projects
Duties And Responsibilities
- a) Work with PR and Marketing in project implementation
b) Evaluate Project during and after implementation
c) Come up with detailed reports and recommendations
d) Communicate findings to Director, Chairmain and relevant stakeholders
e) Attend Board evaluation/Inductions/workshops with Director
f) Prepare workshop material and other documentation for the evaluations/workshops
g) Assist in coordinating events and activities
h) Collect data for analysis (telephone interviews/questionnaire)
i) Prepare evaluation reports within the stipulated time frames.
j) Prepare proposals/TOR for clients
k) Proprietary research for all departments of the organization
l) Analyse various sets of data, compliance and governance tools
m) Analyse data and trends
n) Report writing and presentations development
o) Contribute articles for the magazine
p) Edit magazine
q) Coordinate Trustees
r) Communicate with Trustees and stakeholders
s) Send ZimCode articles to the media.
t) Handle ZimCode Inquiries
u) Research on corporate governance trends.
v) Review annual reports to analyse corporate governance issues.
w) Manage ZimCode Face Book page
Qualifications And Experience
The ideal incumbent will ideally be the holder of a Degree in a related field and possess strong experience to be able to competently carry out the responsibilities below.
