Projects and Maintenance Engineer – Zuva Petroleum (Pvt) Ltd

Zuva Petroleum (Pvt) Ltd invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Projects and Maintenance Engineer Southern Region based in Bulawayo.

Qualifications And Experience

• A degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised University. • Certificate in Project management • A minimum of 5 years experience in Maintenance and Project Management • Clean Class 4 drivers licence. • Must have a valid membership of Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient leadership, management and control of all Zuva Petroleum (Pvt) Ltd engineering field operations for retail sites, C & I installations and bulk fuel depots in the Region. • Identify and implement planned maintenance programs, processes and procedures of in-house and contracted field engineering operations. • Manage activities of all outsourced companies and other service providers to ensure compliance with Zuva engineering and SHEC) standards and policies. • Manage training of direct engineering staff, Contractors, distributors and dealers on all systems, processes and equipment to promote safe and efficient operations. • Formulate project proposals and managing implementation of project management processes on all Zuva assets including buildings and other facilities. • Actively promote the identification and dissemination of engineering best practices. • Promote actions and decisions that prevent accidents, harm to people and damage to the environment extending this to Zuva contractors as well
