In terms of Iimitations, for partnership project, offers technical advice for design with respect to TotalEnergies standards and compliance with the local regulations. The owner is responsible for the project approvals and follow-up of works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the implementation of ICC program and ensure that contractors continuously improve their Safety Management Systems.
  • Conduct and contract spot work site inspections ensuring HSE is prioritized in works, reporting anomalies identified.
  • Ensure implementation of group safety programs such GOLDEN RULES, JST, ZERO FACILITIES in all engineering activities.
  • Implement and use of IZI safety, DAISY, and ERIS for inspection of contractors, maintenance works and sites.
  • Participate in the annual prevention plan for maintenance work and carry out project prevention plans for all projects.
  • Coordinate 1 JST with management in a site with maintenance works.
  • Develop the annual preventive maintenance plan for all the key network equipment (Network, Facilities).
  • Execute the preventive maintenance plan in time for all the key network equipment.
  • Check at least 10% of preventive maintenance work onsite to ensure quality execution of works.
  • Report Monthly progress & KPIs for preventive maintenance.
  • Attend corrective maintenance reports from network / facilities and ensure closure.
  • Attend to HSE anomaly reports from network and ensure timely closure based on class of anomaly.
  • Supervise all maintenance critical work (issuing prevention plan, permits, LSC, SGL)
  • Check at least 10 % of corrective maintenance works onsite to ensure quality execution of works.
  • Report weekly progress & KPIs for corrective maintenance.
  • Provide input to the OPEX and CAPEX Maintenance annual budget.
  • Utilize the budget in line with seasonalization for both OPEX and CAPEX maintenance works.
  • Analyze utilization of each GL budget line Monthly
  • Implement cost reduction measures to ensure saving on major expenses.
  • Consolidate equipment replacement plan- after getting input from engineers.
  • Tracking costs and update -and reducing queries on payments (check performance on trend)
  • Conduct annual ERIS audits for allocated service stations and recording in OSCAR.
  • Create an action plan for ensuring 100% compliance for the allocated service stations.
  • Conduct monthly station follow up technical visits for the allocated service stations.
  • Check weekly the company and user compliance for allocated companies.
  • Create an action plan to reach 100% compliance and follow up the allocated companies.
  • Ensure enrolment of users (dealers and contractors) and equipment in DAISY.
  • Daily monitoring of the DAISY tool ensuring interventions are attended to in a timely manner and closed by contractors.
  • Extract and share the monthly report from DAISY to management (Engineering, Network)
  • Follow-up on Creation purchase order for the year for the planned ICC inspections.
  • Assist assigned contractors in preparation for the ICC audit planned.
  • Accompany auditor for office and field audit for the assigned contractors.
  • Develop an action plan from ICC audit together with the assigned contractors and follow up for closure.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders for all works are created before works are done (with only exception for those under waiver)
  • Validate and submit documents for timely payment of contractors.
  • Weekly payment reconciliations and follow-up of outstanding actions relating to payment of contractors.
  • Develop specific relational maintenance contracts as assigned by management.
  • Monitor implementation of contracts monthly, plan for quarterly contract reviews with contractor management.
  • Review contracts for significant changes and advise management accordingly for decision making.
  • Implement maintenance works safely and deliver them within set time and quality.
  • Carrying out HSEQ and integrity requirements for all maintenance. Complying with the Total Group’s worksite safety, inspection of conformity of contractors, the code of conduct and compliance to ethics.
  • Help organise and Participate Annual Prevention Plan.
  • Organize for Management at least 1 Joint Safety Tour for maintenance contractors.
  • Share six safety and sustainability moments per year.
  • Schedule and organize and coordinate monthly contractor meetings.
  • HSE reporting: ICC: Ensure 100% inspection and re-inspection compliance of assigned contractors. 80% green and 20% yellow. To assigned contractors
  • OSCAR program. ERIS sites, compile anomalies and report closure.
  • Ensure IZI SAFETY compliance for Contractors and companies 80% for all.
  • 5 near miss report per month. Use STOP CARD.
  • 100% completion of all Cyber related courses assigned to you.
  • Carry out suppliers’ due diligence.
  • Zero tolerance to bribery’.
  • Full compliance with TotalEnergies Code of conduct

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree. Member of ZIE and ECZ
  • Minimum of 3-years experience.
