Key Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Leading and managing cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, andengineers.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the project.
• Ensuring the project meets the required quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, andteam members.
• Tracking project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing project budgets, costs, and expenses.
• Ensuring that the project is completed on schedule and meets deadlines

Requirements

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is oftenrequired.
• Master’s in project management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with budgeting and cost management.
• Familiarity with construction regulations and industry standards.
