DESCRIPTION
Applications are invited for suitably qualified candidates to fill in the Project Manager position within Gateway Construction Pvt Ltd
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the project is delivered on time according to requirements and within the budget
Collaborate with engineers, land surveyors and quantity surveyors etc to determine the specific needs of the project
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Assist in managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
Project risk management, budgeting reporting, and monitoring
Develop appropriate contractor interface
Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree or diploma in project management
Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Knowledge in end value management
Knowledge of project performance scurve
Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer software
