The Job Description 
• Hands on experience in electro-mechanical systems
• Leading project electrical & mechanical engineering teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
• Manage multiple projects contracts within the organisation and ensure the organisation does not have any Non-compliance or under performance on the contracts.
• People management
• Delegates projects tasks based on staff members, individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Contracts management in private and public sector is an added advantage.

The Candidate should have: 
• Electrical or Mechanical degree or any other equivalent.
• Membership with ZIE and Project Management Institute or equivalent
• Experience in managing multiple projects
• Experience with building services, petroleum industry, and renewable energy.
• 5 years relevant experience
