Project Engineer – Property/Housing
Duties and Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities
o Formulate and Administer engineering contracts with architects and consulting engineers/contractors
o Administer construction of houses, apartments at new and existing project site; extensions and renovation of existing building infrastructure
o Design construction Plans using Auto cad, Supervision and inspection of construction works
o Undertake construction audits on quality and project timelines
o Implement plans, formulate and control capital budgets with efficient resource management
o Undertake civil, structural and geotechnical designs
o Work with relevant statutory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications And Experience
• Must be a holder of a Civil Engineering Degree
• Proven experience in residential housing project construction and steel structures
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Auto-CAD
• 5 years post qualification experience in civil and building works
