Project Engineer – Housing
Duties and Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities
o Formulate and Administer engineering contracts with architects and consulting engineers/contractors
o Administer/supervise the construction of upmarket houses and apartments for a new housing project and renovation of existing building infrastructure
o Undertake construction audits on quality and project timelines
o Implement plans, formulate and control capital budgets with efficient resource management
o Undertake civil, structural and geotechnical designs
o Work with relevant statutory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a holder of a Civil Engineering Degree
• Proven experience in residential housing projects and upmarket apartments construction, steel structures and commercial units
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Auto-CAD
• At least 5 years post qualification experience in civil and building works
