Project Coordinator
Zimbabwe’s Leading Online Organisation is looking for a responsible and results-driven Project Coordinator responsible for administering and organizing projects for multiple divisions to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, your duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate project management activities, resources and information• Break projects into doable actions and agree timeframes with team Leads.• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.• Assist internal teams with schedule management. • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve• Help prepare budgets/costings• Analyze risks and opportunities• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.• Ensure client satisfaction at the end of each project.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge Requirements
• 3-5 years proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or junior project manager in a tech environment, namely IT, telecoms, finance• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Project, Planner, excel, word)• Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Project mgt methodology, business analysis, requirements analysis, Trello)• Experience with bus process mapping will be desirable• Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar• PMBOK / PRINCE2 certification

• Highly motivated and target driven.• Ability to apply a logical approach to problem solving.• Ability to work with and in mixed teams.• Able to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to negotiate and manage client expectations• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
