Action for Youth Foundation Trust is looking for 2 Program Coordinators that will work under direct supervision of the Programs Officer.

The Programs Coordinators should be a resident in either Marondera or Chegutu.

Duties and responsibilities

– Support the organization’s programs in the respective district of implementation.
– Liaise with the District AIDS Coordinators, District Development Coordinators, District Social Development Officers ensuring partnerships.
– Conducting Group Safe Spaces in line with the organization’s Standard Operating Procedures
– Monthly report writing.
– Attending the NAC-Led Stakeholders and Taskforce Meetings.
– Conducting IGA Training of Trainers selection and recruitment.
– Conducting ToT Trainings.
– Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

– At least a Diploma in Social Work, Development Studies, Counseling, Psychology, Community Development from a reputable institution.
– At least 1 year of experience in HIV/AIDS prevention & treatment programs.
