Programmes Supervisor: Local Firm
Our client, a consulting firm seeks a dynamic and results oriented individual to be part of their team.
Key responsibilities
To supervise and manage programme officers and keep track of individualised submissions; Closely monitor program content; Review of Bids/Tenders prior to client submission; To manage ongoing projects and update management.
Qualifications / experience
A Master’s degree in Social Sciences; Have Previous NGO / Research experience; Previous Supervisor Role; Previous experience in the development of Proposals and Bids.
Skills & attributes
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams; Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
