Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the planning, coordination and implementation of programmes and activities.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of programmes in line with the Centre’s objectives.
  • Assisting with programme documentation, reporting and record keeping.
  • Supporting monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities and maintaining accurate programme records.
  • Assisting with beneficiary registration, attendance records and other programme-related documentation.
  • Supporting communication and coordination with programme beneficiaries, trainers, partners and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of workshops, training sessions and other Centre activities.
  • Supporting fundraising activities, including identifying potential funding opportunities, assisting with fundraising initiatives and preparing relevant information and documentation.
  • Assisting with the preparation of programme and fundraising materials, reports and presentations.
  • Supporting the Centre’s communication and digital marketing activities.
  • Performing general administrative duties related to programmes and Centre activities.
  • Undertaking any other duties related to the effective implementation of the Centre’s programmes as assigned.

Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma in Development Studies, Community Development, Project Management or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, beneficiaries, partners and other stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professionalism, reliability and accountability.
  • Creativity, initiative and adaptability.
  • Commitment to supporting the Centre’s programmes and beneficiaries.
  • Knowledge or skills in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

  • A driver’s license with actual driving experience is an added advantage.
