Duties And Responsibilities
To provide leadership in the planning, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the organizational programs.
Ensure that all the project activities achieved intended results and have an impact on the children.
Ensures that various projects are managed properly and meets objectives and results.
Develop strong relationship with key government, corporates, donors, CSOs and relevant stakeholders.
Oversees and manage all programmatic issues
Provide regular reports to various stakeholders such and government, donors, partners among others.

Qualifications And Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Science. A Masters’ degree is an added advantage.
At least 5 years working experience at senior Management level. Excellent networking and relationship building skills
Research, analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to travel at least 20% of time to field locations
A clean Class 4 Driver’s license is an added advantage
