Post A (x1)
- The ideal candidate should have a relevant Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent and an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent. Possession of a relevant PhD and experience in Culinary Arts is a distinct advantage. The successful candidate would be required to teach the following undergraduate level modules:- Tourism Logistics and Indigenous Culinary Knowledge Systems.
Post B (x1)
- The ideal candidate should have a relevant Master’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent and an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent. Possession of a relevant PhD and experience in culinary arts is a distinct advantage. The successful candidate would be required to teach the following undergraduate level modules: – Fundamentals of Culinary Arts and Introduction of Gastronomy.
Post C (x1)
- The ideal candidate should have a relevant Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition or equivalent and an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent. Possession of a relevant PhD and experience in culinary arts or professional cookery is a distinct added advantage. The successful candidate would be required to teach the following undergraduate level modules:- Anthropology of Food and Ingredients Analysis.
Post D (x1)
- The ideal candidate should have a relevant Master’s degree in Food Science or equivalent and a relevant undergraduate degree. Possession of a relevant PhD and experience in culinary arts or professional cookery is a distinct advantage. The successful candidate would be required to teach the following undergraduate level modules:- Meat Science and Garde Manger and Artisanal Processing (Larder)
Post E (x1)
- The ideal candidate should have a relevant Master’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent and an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent. Possession of a relevant PhD and experience in culinary arts or professional cookery is a distinct advantage. The successful candidate would be required to teach the following undergraduate level modules: – Mass Food Production and Service and Chocolate and Confectionary Technology.
Post F (x1)
- The ideal candidate should have a relevant Master’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent and an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent. Possession of a relevant PhD and experience in culinary arts or professional cookery is a distinct advantage. The successful candidate would be required to teach the following undergraduate level modules: – Culinary Aesthetics and Sensory Evaluation and Food Policy and Legal Framework.
