REPORTING TO : GENERAL MANAGER

The UR Soaps subsidiary of United Refineries Limited is looking for a suitably qualified and versatile individual to join its growing team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Soaps Production stocks inventory through monitoring reorder levels in liaison with the Buying team.
• Co-ordinating and monitoring the movement of production materials and keeping an accurate record of inventory at all times.
• Promptly addressing and resolving production stock issues to minimize production delays.
• Prepare and maintain various reports on work in progress, materials used, rates of production and other production information.
• Keep accurate records to reduce production material variances

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience : Proven experience working as a production planner.

Qualifications : Diploma in Accounting or better

Knowledge : Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.

: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
