Production Planner
Role Purpose:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing production jobs from start to completion while ensuring efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and schedule jobs from the marketing department
- Prepare work instruction tickets and job dockets
- Route jobs through production efficiently
- Order required materials from warehouse/procurement
- Coordinate production processes across departments
- Monitor progress and ensure quality control
Requirements
- Minimum 5 O’ Levels (including English & Maths)
- Journeyperson Class One in a printing field
- At least 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
- Knowledge of printing principles
- Strong planning, decision-making, and supervisory skills
