Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of Shift Supervisors and Production Assistants to ensure consistent output across all shifts.
- Oversee training for new hires, focusing on safety protocols, equipment handling, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for shift efficiency, waste reduction, and overall product quality.
- Ensure all finished products meet our strict standards by optimizing machine settings and cooking cycles.
- Manage and enforce strict mould preparation and chemical application protocols to eliminate surface blemishes and structural flaws.
- Maintain and update all production SOPs, ensuring the team adheres to precise material loading and curing cycles.

- Conduct regular inspections of machine frames, hydraulic systems, and lock pins to prevent mechanical downtime.
