Job Summary
coordinate the physical flow of work within or between departments of the corrugated manufacturing plant to expedite production
Duties And Responsibilities
• assist production administrator in maintaining correct physical inventory/wip counts at all times
• distribute wip to departments/machines denoting quantities, types and proposed units to be produced
• confers with department supervisors to determine the progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing methods received.
• Carry out any other duties assigned
Qualifications And Experience
• Computer literacy and proficient with excel
• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field an advantage
• Prior experience of working as a production coordinator an advantage
• High regard of quality assurance
• Good observation skills
• Patience with repetitive tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work under pressure and deliver excellent results
• Able to start work immediately
• Knowledge of general Safety, Health and Environment standards an added advantage
