Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and maintain daily production data, yields, and wastage reports
  • Assist with stock reconciliations between production output and finished goods
  • Support preparation of production cost reports and variance analysis
  • Liaise with Finance on invoicing, GRNs, and production-related expenses
  • Maintain proper filing and updating of production and finance records
  • Monitor adherence to budgets and production targets
  • Assist with month-end stock counts and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with Supreme Brands policies, SHEQ, and internal controls

Requirements

  • Minimum: Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any ERP/Accounting system
  • Understanding of costing, stock control, and production processes
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Analytical and numerical skills
  • Good communication and reporting skills
