JOB DESCRIPTION
A milling company based in Bulawayo is looking for an experienced Production Clerk to join its Production Department and reporting to the Production Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculates and records daily, weekly and monthly production.
- Calculates raw materials usage.
- Records raw materials receipts
- Takes internal order
- Orders raw materials
- Any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants should be in possession of any of the following applicable Degree or Diploma:
- Food Processing Technology;
- Food Science;
- Production Engineering;
- Industrial Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5 O’Levels including Mathematics.
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience in the Food and Beverage sector.
- Knowledge of Roff and Buhler milling machines is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy is a must.
Successful applicants must have:
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task.
- Occupational Health and Safety awareness and competency.
