An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified. organized. and experienced person for the above position has arisen in the Production Department at one of our clients.Our client is based in Mutare and is well established brand in the Food Processing Industry

The Main purpose of this position is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials This position also involves preparing and monitoring of work and production schedules.

DUTIES

Reporting to the Production Manager the successful applicant will among other key aspects be responsible for:
Organizing with other production clerks. warehouse. and production supervisors to coordinate activities between Warehouses and production
Coordinating and monitoring the movement of materials within an establishment. thus: ensuring that materials and products ale issued and received on time
Counting of finished goods . raw and packaging materials daily

Checking and monitoring of raw and packaging materials so as to timeously order items from stores
Keeping an accurate record of inventory movement at all the times

REQUIREMENTS
THE PERSON
The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
At least a Higher National Diploma in Food Sciences and Technology and inventory control qualification is an added advantage
A minimum of 5 O Levels with good pass, in English and Mathematics
At least one year working experience in an FMCG or manufacturing set up
Ability to work under pressure. take initiative and to make independent decisions
Good communication skills
The Ideal candidate should be available to start work Immediately
