We have been exclusively retained by our client, a well established manufacturer and supplier of fast moving consumer goods in the agro-processing industry to assist with the recruitment and selection of suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Reporting to the Operations Executive Milling and Prepacks the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that production plants are running smoothly in line with the organisational goals and objectives.
• To proactively deli ver quality products according to approved production plan at optimal costs on time.
• To ensure that there are systems in place which enable the achievement of optimum production in the plant through monitoring the availability of machines and managing the production floors accordingly.
• Develop and implement internal health and safety policies necessary for optimised work processes.
• Review and recommend systems to ensure good quality of raw materials and products.

Must have a Degree in Food Scicncc/Enginccring or equivalent. At least 5 years’ relevant experience. Ability to work under pressure. Must be able to demonstrate sound work ethics and capacity for maintaining high professional standardsand enhancing productivity levels.
