TV Sales & Home seeks an energetic and passionate individual for the role of Product Training Manager within the organisation. The qualifying candidate will be responsible for all areas of training in the organisation including:

• Product feature and benefit training, electronically and in person within their network of branches countrywide
• Training in Sales, Selling Skills and Customer Care
• ERP system usability training
• Merchandising and Store Layout

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

• Ability to develop a framework and delivery system to meet training needs
• Excellent oral and writing communication skills, and ability to present persuasively
• Passion for teaching and passing on knowledge to better the lives of the recipients
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different individuals who have very diverse skills, demographic and cultural backgrounds
• Capacity to stay abreast of adult learning theory and practice
• Knowledge and application of metrics to measure the success of training programmes
• Capacity to deliver business training courses
• Above average knowledge and application of various electronic platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• The charisma and energy levels required to make a significant impact on the training and development needs of this dynamic company

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Education
• At least 10 years teaching experience
• Quality, verifiable references from educational heads or bodies
• An IPM (Z) Training Diploma is an added advantage
