Reporting to the Head of Products – Cards & Payments, the successful candidate will drive data-led decision-making, performance reporting, product development and market intelligence for card issuing and acquiring.
The role will help identify opportunities, improve customer value propositions and enhance profitability across the Group’s payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance reporting and analytics for card issuing and acquiring.
- Generate customer insights to improve card usage and top-of-wallet positioning.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Support business cases for new products and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments.
- Develop pricing and profitability models to support sustainable revenue growth.
- Strengthen relationships with Visa, Mastercard and other industry partners.
- Support a seamless, customer-centric payments experience across the Group.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
- At least five years’ experience in Cards & Payments, Product Management, Banking or a related financial services role.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, profitability modelling and performance management.
- Strong understanding of card issuing, card acquiring, payment schemes and interchange economics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
