JobSummary:
Overseeing the process of creating new or improving products from conception to launch, working with a team to ensure that the products exceed customer expectations as well as meet business goals.
Major Responsibilities:
• Developing product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product research and development.
• Monitoring field trials and subcontracted research activities.
• Ensure procurement of appropriate research and development materials and equipment.
• Participate in internal and external audits to which the company management system subscribes to.
Qualifications & Experience:
• A Bachelor of Veterinary Science Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• A relevant post-graduate degree.
• Practical experience in research evidenced through publications in reputable journals.
• Technical proficiency, creative and innovative skills to come up with unique ideas and have a stand in the market.
• Project management skills to keep the budgeting, timelines, and organizing tasks in check all the time.
• Aworking understanding of cGMP, cGLP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and IS045000.7
