**Job Title:** Procurement Student on Attachment x1
**Purpose of the position:**
To assist in conducting procurement clerical work through understanding and capturing the needs of the stakeholder working closely under the guidance of the Procurement Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the reviews of the FY26 World Vision Zimbabwe procurement plans for AP programs and grants.
- Assist in the review of the need by dates in consultation with programs teams and procurement.
- Assist in the three-way match of invoices.
- Submission of invoices to Finance.
- Scanning of Invoices, GRV, certification and attaching to the purchase orders in the systems.
- Follow up of invoices from suppliers and programs.
- Follow up of open purchase orders with suppliers.
- Follow up with programs to receive in Provision.
- Follow up PO changes with projects to facilitate payments of invoices.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Degree in Purchasing & Supply chain management or Logistics management.
- Good behaviour.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Good analytical skills.
