JOB DESCRIPTION

A local organisation in Bulawayo is looking for a Procurement and Sales/Marketing Attachee to start work immediately.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining and servicing existing customers
• ● Executing the organisation’s Procurement and Sales strategies.
• ● Onboard new customers and negotiating deals and service contracts
• ● Accurately gathering customers requirements and specifications and sourcing the same
• with speed.
• ● Attend to and close off any customer queries within the shortest period of time.
• ● Gather competitive quotations and invoices of the customers.
• ● Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
• ● Tracking shipment of inbound orders including customs and clearing

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 O’level passes
• Pursuing a degree in Purchasing and Supply/Sales and Marketing, or equivalent
• Computer literate.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver excellent results
